Methodology

We have defined and follow a 6-step methodology to achieve the SUPPLIER SCAN deliverables

Project Scope: Completion of our online Request Document is to provide the necessary information to define your needs and project scope and we may conduct further discussions by teleconference call or email to clarify your expectations.

Project Agreement: Project agreement is reached with our “Project Document” which will be sent to you by email and details your project scope, deliverables and reporting milestones. This document also contains a potential Questionnaire and telephone call script to be agreed with you.

Supplier Search: Our experts will search your selected part of the global market in order to identify suppliers with potential for matching your specific requirements. New sourced suppliers will be requested to register their details in our database and add your required product category to their profile.

Supplier Contacting: We will contact all suppliers registered with your required product category and invite them to complete an online questionnaire. Suppliers will be continually contacted, by telephone if necessary, throughout your project time to maximise the response rate.

Results Analysis: As Project Owner you will have continual access to view the project status at any time via your profile and can review each individual supplier's response as soon as submitted. The results of your project can be analysed online or exported to your own pc for further analysis. A Final Report in PDF format is created at the push of a button.

Project Delivery: The project is delivered after the Final Report is discussed with you by teleconference call.
